Contract Award, September 2024 - DEVCOM C5ISR Center Operations Support
QED Systems, LLC (QED) has been awarded a $50.5M, 5-year Task Order to provide expert operations and technical services in support of efforts within the U.S. Army Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center (C5ISR Center) Headquarters and its subordinate directorates. QED will provide program management, administrative, facility management, logistics, property management, security, software engineering support, systems administration support, systems analysis architecture, computer forensic investigation support, environmental and occupational safety, and technical support necessary for the C5ISR Center Headquarters and its subordinate directorates to meet its mission and customer needs.

QED Systems, LLC (QED) has been awarded a $197M, 5-year Task Order to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support services to U.S. Army Program Executive Office - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A) supporting activities at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Ft. Cavazos, TX, Ft. Huachuca, AZ, and the Pentagon, Washington DC.

July 2021 - QED Systems, LLC (QED) has been awarded a $51.6M, 4-year Task Order on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) ID/IQ contract to provide Product Support Services (PSS) to the U.S. Army Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) portfolio of systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and a number of CONUS and OCONUS locations.

November 2020 - QED Systems, LLC (QED) has been awarded a $16.4M, 5-year Task Order on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) ID/IQ contract to provide Production & Post Deployment System Support to the U.S. Army Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR) portfolio of systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. On this contract, QED will deliver services such as systems engineering, software maintenance and testing, integration, training, and technical support. The efforts will support Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Automated Communications Engineering Software (ACES), and Simple Key Loader (SKL) devices.

October 12, 2019 - QED was awarded the Department of the Army G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness & Mobilization Support Task Order under the RS3 Omnibus Contract. QED and our team members AECOM and Decisive Point Consulting Group are providing scientific, technical, professional, and engineering expertise in support of the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7. The mission of G-3/5/7 includes; (1) Development and execution of Army strategy, plans, and programs; (2) Ensuring the execution of policies, plans, and programs consistent with law, regulation, and policy by other DA officials and organizations; and (3) Review and assessment of the execution of policies, plans, and programs. This Task Order, valued at $28M, provides options out through June of 2022.

Hood, TX, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Ft. Gordon, GA, and the Pentagon, Washington DC.
DCGS-A is one of the Project Management Offices under the Army’s Program Executive Office - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). Prime contractor QED is pleased to join efforts with our subcontractor team-members CAS, Inc. (KBRwyle), Solari Creative, Inc., and Decision Engineering Corporation on this Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) ID/IQ contract Task Order.

October 2018 - QED Systems, LLC (QED) has secured a $46M – 5 year Task Order to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support, Fielding, and New Equipment Training services to U.S. Army Project Manager Expeditionary Energy & Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2) at Ft. Belvoir, VA, Joint Base Lewis/McChord, WA, and Ft. Bliss, TX. The task order was awarded to Team-QED comprised of prime contractor QED and our industry partner CACI, Inc - FEDERAL (subcontractor) under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) ID/IQ contract. PM E2S2 falls under PEO CS & CSS.
